The 11am class has quite low attendance, 12.10pm Pump class has more members and for some reason or another, when Zumba starts (which I don't join) there was a gush of crowd who swept the whole class. Me and my friend were kinda stumped LOL we're like, "Where in the world did these people come from?" because it was quite empty before that.

Of course no one walk around topless/ bottomless EXCEPT for the foreigners (as I was told); which would only happen in clubs like MK and AK I believe. Yet I have not frequented AK enough to see it for myself

And heck, I mistakenly walked into the guy's locker room last week in IOI because I was too busy chatting on the phone. When I looked up, realized that the locker looked a little different. Saw a guy at the bench and he looked at me LOL then I realized I was in the wrong place and quickly walked out. Oh yeah, he was fully clothed

It's easier to make friends in GX... but that also took me about 6 months to start to make conversation with some regulars. But right now close to a number of them. Gym has never been better ^____^

Touchy is more like a personal character. Some girls are very/ overly touchy with guys (which I have seen and think it's not appropriate). But some gays - yes, they are touchy and would be worse when you're close friends with them. I know one of them who can be super touchy when he's errrr a little 'high' (meaning happy, not high on drugs).

BC and Attack is cardio, yes. Pump and TRX is more for toning. I'm not looking to build muscles like a body builder lean and slightly muscular figure (with 6 packs as a big bonus) that would be my aim. If you have seen the 1MK GX manager - she's the ideal figure imo... although my friends commented that her shoulders are a little broad.

LOL-ed about BF, agree to a certain extent but I think personal satisfaction/ achievement is more important. If a guy couldn't accept it, then he's not the "right" one. Imo if you like someone, you would care more for that person's feelings/ emotion/ heart rather than physique.
