As in no approval from local council?

From bomba perspective, it is also another safety issue as there's grille and locked gate which prevents quick fire exit. I short, more obstacles from the original building plan permitted and approved.

All approved extension which is normally boxed up will only have a locked door and grille. For safety, the keys must be place for easy access in the event of an emergency.

In the photo, the emergency exit is the gate. If is not locked, then it defeat the purpose of boxing it, albeit it may be illegal.
