That's called positive thinking. The negative thinking is, after 3 years, the jam is ........

1. 'cause no $ to buy other property around the area! - 3% down payment only. (LOL)
2. Price per sqft for Zefer is the most reasonable among developers' selling price I can see so far.
3. The build-up size is more practical as compared to studio/ service apartment.
4. Hence I guess highly possible people will buy for own stay. Therefore competition to resell(upon completion) is lower & easier compared to studio/service apt that's with higher density.
5. I heard from SA the developer is in the midst of getting listed on Bursa. I think they would not want to tarnish their own name (if the project fails) GUA...
BUT it might be hard to resell too cause the selling price is not cheap too('cause size is big).

Anyway these are all my personal point of view.

road to sunway? how u want to extend orrr??/ extend the toll la... as u can see each toll stand is added another 1 behind... 3 years later maybe it might needed to add 1 more ... so total 3 toll stand for each lane..

Think more +ve, Sunway toll is abolished 3 years later ...

I've not decided yet. Would consider for own stay too. But my loan is not approved yet, maybe I'm not qualified to be your neighbour... :-(

only 1 reason, i like that place... i was hoping to get the highest floor but too bad cannot afford it..
