I've booked a unit now pending loan approval. The SPA Legal Fee is borned by developer. So usually the SPA lawyer will suggest to meet at developer's office. I mean Loan Agreement Legal Fee + Government Stamp Duty (pay to same loan lawyer). This is a cost purchaser has to pay aside from the 10% downpayment.
