i wouldn't say Zefer is high end condo. It just a marketing gimmick during sales time

Good to have this temporary committee formed prior JMB. Hope the committee can helps the owners to express their concern and seek solution with an unite voice. I believe in the end everybody just hope their defects been rectified, rather than keep fight, fight and fight!

Wait the defects done, start reno and move in. I believe this is a nice place to stay.

Unit defects vs common area defects. I think more important is to settle unit first, to let ppl moving in. Then move on to common area defects. Of course you can say wtf I am paying maintenance but cannot use the facilities yet...

You purposely ignore the road to Atmosfera and Zefer has been tarred by Villamas.
The road in front of badminton court if tarred, it will soon turns into bad condition as few projects are ongoing there.
I believe IOI should improve that road portion as it is in front Parc Ville.

Afaik during launching, Villamas mentioned the road condition will be improved with traffic lights, which now has been installed at the junction by MPSJ.

You commented negatively in all projects nearby, with the exception of your Koi Kinlala rclxms.gif
