Call media due to VP without W&E supply. Then, slowly "realize" the SPA terms. SPA is with u guys for how many years alrd?

My friend feel very funny but for me, I highly doubt the creditibility of the leader among u all. Wrong info given which caused strong dissatisfaction among certain owners, call media without gather all owners permission and proper clarification. My suggestion, please do respect all owners and follow the proper way. Based on ur reply, i can feel something is not right. We all are mature person, pls do think thoroughly and clarify properly before taking any action.

Again, from which source u get that water & electricity supply have to wait 2-3 months? What if in coming weeks u guys "REALIZE" water & electricity are connected? My suggestion is pls responsible to other owners especially 1st timer, as they put faith in u guys

From DB box until VP without water & electricity, i have to agree with some tai kors above that some Zefer owners are really doesn't make sense.

My question still persist, what is the strong reason to call media in? But before that, plz ensure it has been clarified properly, instead of "realize" thereafter

Hmm.. In summary from all this is "emotional decision making". Everyone expect 100% perfect / minimal defect unit because of the high price they will be paying for maintenance (~RM400+ per month minimum). Better if your friend go speak to the group to have more clarity. I just want to get my keys and see what this is all about.

High maintenance fee is due to large build up. Ownner should know this when they purchased, why want to complain now?
Afaik, the confusing part is the inclussion of accessory parcel into maintenance fee, which owners shall clarify further from all resources.

Like chinese say, no harm if want cheap, want fresh, and also want big big nice nice. But don't make any stupid and suicidal act, which affecting other innocent ppls

Sad news, my friend told me yesterday got 1 newspaper did "free"advertisement for Zefer.

She told me the most ridiculous reason she heard of is some 1st time buyers angry over this developer as they been charged for late payment interest for their progressive billing, even up to few k.
So, must make developer pay for it this time!

That's my advise to my friend who bought there. Those ppl complain bcos of complain, fight bcos of fight. Don't forget in the end is to get problem solve, residents need developer to fix the defects and developer needs residents feedback on defects that make sense.

Why not sit down discuss friendly with developer & management to get things done, rather than complaint to 3rd party jz bcos things haven't been done? Did developer refuse on those reasonable defects?

There is a proper procedure to channel the defects, not keep find way to complain to authorities in order to pressure the developer. May be these owners too naive to believe this will lead them the way they wish.

Btw i so supprise that DB box issue still haven't resolve.

bill gor, villamas was never in reputable developer list. But my friend Zefer unit, villamas rectified all her defects and common area defects rectification has alrd started. So far developer didn't reluctant to do rectification.

If u compare with nearby launching same time with Zefer such as Duet, Rimba and Le Yuan. Zefer is not consider sold with premium. Zefer sell fr 500k is with large build up.
Duet even worst, dunno when can get key...

From the pictures, i can said u guys should demand an explaination from developer on the window and balcony frame. 10 years old apartment also don't have this problem.

Are you sure yesterday disaster only for Zefer? Pls speak fairly, my feedback whole Pipit has been demolished badly. Those plaster ceiling which exposed openly shall be dismantled rather than reinstate, in order to save you guys for future headache in case any similar rain storm happen like yesterday.

I always "double-lock" my door but on Saturday, the door is only locked once and the door to the yard was unlocked. I believe they came over to inspect the defects only. Hopefully they start something this week.

I will be engaging a contractor who is renovating a lot of the units in Zefer and has a good connection with the Project Manager. According to him, he is able to get the defects crew to go fix my unit before renovation begins. We shall see about that hmm.gif

Also to add, the property agents that contacted me has been offering 600k for 1356sf units. Only 60k increase from original selling price sweat.gif

Not sure on the common area defect rectification but on unit defects, rectification is ongoing.

Sometime have to think positive, else stay with so many grievances also not happy and in the end will just move somewhere. But don't forget he/she mentioned before will be at Zefer for long run...mana tau cabut half way. Pity those gonna stay there longer...
