i went to the site before, i abit regret that i did not buy the atmosfera.. it look so cool, high at top hill can see everything..

most probably, zefer will be lower than atmosfera..

hahaha... if they dont say "luxury" what else can they say to promote their Condo??

I personally like that area as it skip most of the jam towards IOI no matter where u come from..

to me, i just pray that the deverloper will enhance the Jalan Pipit, cut short all the trees at the road side, make the road brighter with addition of lamp post and the best open another access road then Zeferwill be Perfect Condo.

1 more thing, hope the Impian Heights will change the Building color for better looking..

I receive a sms from Villamas saying zefer will officialmlaunch at the actual site.. They is nooffice in actual site.. Dunno how they gonna held it...

why zefer launch in atmosfera?? promote both at the same time??

i really think Zefer tak laku... will go to sales office tomorrow see how much sticker has stick on the board...

ohhh u staying in KOI KInrara.. so any comment abt the traffic in the morning on Jalan Pipit?? is it very congested??
