ehh ehhh, ytd i went agian to Zefer Sales gallery, i saw the selling board is about 60% unit sold. I'm kinda happy with that. reason is because, it give me a feeling that those 60% are more likely to buy for own stay instead of Investment.. hahaha...

ermm the height... i went to atmosfera and notice that atmosfera is quite high the condo, so i wonder if Zefer is as tall as atmosfera. THe SA told me is 1 or 2 story lower than atmosfera.
