i dont understand how the reserve price is higher that the new launch price.

perhaps Sub sale price then straight away NPL for 6 months?

going all the trouble for bankruptcy just for the rm100k earn?

Sometimes this people are property agents or bank marketing staffs. They book 1 or 2 units under their names hoping to sell when price is higher. But luck isnt always good. So maybe cant sell, then get caught in bankruptcy.

If the S&P price is lower than the bidding price, they maybe spared from bankruptcy. So not really must be a bankrupt after this.

Must be gung ho sometimes

Yes, there are many of them. They also simply park their cars sometimes. I was there daily for a week fixing some stuff in my unit in April and saw many of them. Some family, some couples and some singles. They sometimes hangout in the car park talking away. I also saw this guy go to the car parked at one unit's parking to take things then immediately proceed to drive out a different car from another parking space. When came back, he parked in a different space. Another time, I recognised the car but it was parked in yet another different space.

Let me know once you guys intending to form JMB.

During JMC, I also would hope our Muslims friends here can help in addressing pets being kept by residence also. I believe is a no no for high rise residences.

With due honesty, Id rather we welcome owners with pets than pak hitam sad.gif
But these days, rental is hard. Not many local tenants available.

What a issue ? religion or hygiene ..?
Mount kiara condo the residents also allow the keep pets . As long as the pet are banned to public area and playground .
Personally I'm ok if the pets just kept inside the house .
