It is unfortunate your meter has been somehow removed. Would suggest you personally make a visit to TNB for assistance. They are very very efficient and helpful now compared to last time. I think that will get things going faster and clearer. Less frustration to go through.

I haven't seen any black gold anywhere during the period of my visits. But I have not been there since I rented out my unit last May. Not sure if situation has changed or not. I ave also not noticed any animals in the grounds, although suspect there may be a couple of cats, though it is gonna be difficult to keep strays out.

I noticed, that the guards do not patrol the area at all. I never once saw them walking the floors. Aren't they supposed to do that?

Prior to renting out, I had students from UTAR enquiring also. So, there is a likeliness for them to come over here.

UTAR students still prefer walking distance to Uni at the moment.  Unless we have those who has transport. 
Can share you rented to local at how much?  Seems like difficult to get locals to rent wor.

Finally after whining for 4 month, can say 95% of my unit defects settled... I hope for permanent... haha
