i bought an unit in block B. i did notice some africans staying in the same block.

Its not too far fetched, we wouldnt want this place to turn into venice hill condo 2.0. If that happens, rental and price rendah pun x semestinya orang nak. susah nak reverse itu bai. orang yg tinggal di situ suffer. owners pun suffer. aku cuma risau je : (

well, kalo hang duduk situ, hang would prefer it empty than depa tinggal kat situ. lama kelamaan, semua rental jatuh sebab pak pak nih.

i am sure local tenants got bad apples also. but the bottom line is, lets not turn it into venice hill 2.0. if it happens, long term semua pemilik yg rugi.
