Some more in bmc many tenant are low middle income ppl.

Taman desa old apartment can easily find local tenant which effort to pay rm1200 - rm1500 rental .
In bmc don't have this market yet. Majority local tenant come to bmc is want cheap only .

The owners are colour blind . Only think about Money money money

Mount kiara condo the residents also allow the keep pets . As long as the pet are banned to public area and playground .
Personally I'm ok if the pets just kept inside the house .

Grout injection for waterproofing just for temporary solution the water still will slip tru other part in the concrete . Leakage and solution is headache for owner high rise residence especiLy owner upper floor not cooperated at all .

What to do ... Now the local ppl can't afford to the rental rAte now aday . Lucky got negro if not manyu unit will empty le ...
