Don't worry if your quads touch your chest or not, throughout the whole movement, make sure your upper body and your ass stays right on the seat, Whether or not your knees are able to touch your chest depends on your body's biomechanics, limb lengths and flexibility, I've seen this mofos slamming a shit load of weight ,knees to chest and their ass goes off the pad when they're at the bottom at the movement, that's a case of herniated disc waiting to happen. Go as far back as you can(into the hole) BUT make sure at all times your ass stays on the pad, it's called a LEG press, so make sure only your LEGS are moving, ass ON THE seat.
Anyway, if the way you do your leg press is how I explained it. Good man ! Since they want videos, give them a video if you can.

you do realize your progress pic and your strength is one of the most incredible one right? You used to train for powerlifting or something?
