Bench 355lbs Shoulder press 250lbs Hammer Mts squat whole stac (lower back still recovering free weight squats forever out of picture) Barbell bicep curl 70kg Dips for triceps bw + 160lbs Hammer chin ups bw + 80kg

bench 135 lbs X 6 squat 220 lbs X 6 Deadlift 250 lbs X 6 Dips BW + 40lbs target - simple...add 20 lbs by the end of the year on each..

But I am most impressed with the shoulder press, and hammer chin ups. That's something to see alright. Damn, 250lbs shoulder press....I'll probably dislocate my shoulder joint just holding that weight lol.

It's just that when you hit certain poundage levels it's hard to go up.

70 bench 60 military press 100 squat 125 deads
I know it's a long shot considering I'm cutting calories like mad, but I guess it's no harm to have a target.
