but deadlift cannot be done. coz this smith machine a bit stupid.
cannot put the bar low...
maybe i shall snap a pic and show. lowest it can go also around knee level.
i thought of it, but dont think it is do-able

Shoulder press 250lbs
Hammer Mts squat whole stac (lower back still recovering free weight squats forever out of picture)
Barbell bicep curl 70kg
Dips for triceps bw + 160lbs
Hammer chin ups bw + 80kg

Yeah seen your bench, its close alright. But I am most impressed with the shoulder press, and hammer chin ups. That's something to see alright. Damn, 250lbs shoulder press....I'll probably dislocate my shoulder joint just holding that weight lol.

Shenay saw me hitting the Hammer Strength machine with 3 plus plates per side. It was pretty ok. It's just that when you hit certain poundage levels it's hard to go up.
