didint even feel that good..NEVER eat spicy stuff b4 working out..freaking sucks |

Stopped gym for 1 and half year. haiz...
Hope to reach back what i use to lift before. Dang... Really feeling it after stopped for so long. Now starting back is a killer. just started back 2 weeks. lifting like a girl now |

![]() btw this is hw the machine looks like the weight at the btm so if i were to use the normal leg press i might not even able to press half of it nv had the chance to try normal one though |
