Dec is gonna be PR Month.

Biggest target jump I'm seeing is a 30kg jump on the bench by ChinHong86.

manage to hit 90kg for 2 reps today..fuaarrrr

didint even feel that good..NEVER eat spicy stuff b4 working out..freaking sucks

30kg jump in a month. i'd say close to impossible. unless you've just started lifting..

dude, why make an unrealistic goal? make a goal that you think is possible to achieve, rather than shoot for the stars still get the moon thing. you know your strengths, and i would think you should know how often you break PR's.. go from there and set a reasonable one..

too easy, set another one lol. like that i also can, set 1 rep more than my previous PR, pfft!

but dont need to wait PR to booze, imo laugh.gif

edit: List consolidated!

and all successful lifts -must- have video or shall not be acknowledged. once you submit your video here i'll put a link at the list in the first post and...color it red or something to show you have successfully done it. happy lifting!

I do extremely low reps but not even as low as 2. =P Hit at least 5 reps of that then go and celebrate. Haha.

i am improving my weight almost every week...
i jz start on july...
so still newbie
hope for more newbie improvement....
btw, guess guys missed it out,
the poundage increase by 30kg but reps decrease by 2
lol
today new PR
leg press 240kg 8 reps 3 sets,
goal achieved!!
nxt goal!

Stopped gym for 1 and half year. haiz...
Hope to reach back what i use to lift before. Dang...
Really feeling it after stopped for so long.
Now starting back is a killer. just started back 2 weeks.

so if i were to use the normal leg press i might not even able to press half of it
nv had the chance to try normal one though

actually it's the same movement, basically the same thing. I personally don't doubt your number, however I am more concerned about your ROM, if you are doing half or 3/4 roms with that weight, I'd be very worried about your knees but if you are doing full ROM and no problems with it, then good for you smile.gif strong man !
