Ade aje orang buat tempat sidai baju. Sakit mata aku pandang. Better get those dryer machine. 1 hour drying enough. No need to rely on weather. You know la malaysia by end of the year, almost everyday raining. But using too much of the dryer, you clothes can become slightly smaller and will fade easily. But for the sake of convenience, I am willing to use it.

masak already with these agents' attitude. i am currently in the process of buying a subsale prop in KL. see in advert, got some reasonably priced units but when called all habis. padahal posted on the same day gak. agents' kaki kelentong

you can try to look at D'Club clubhouse at The Peak, Cheras. Open to all but must pay membership and monthly. pros = can build many2 facilities like tennis court, ping pong place, futsal etc (not just gym n swimming pool) coz got lots of fund. even old town white coffee opened there coz they know market is big enough (The Peak residents alone cannot sustain their business). cons = not so exclusive. then again, if u want exclusive, you can build own swimming pool, lanai for family. nobody will disturb you

how to really control this? many malaysian investors will apply under their name and then rent out their house with pak hitam including clubhouse membership. i have seen it. made me angry also. these malaysian investors dont give a shit, just as long as they get their money. i would suggest that put in the clause " only applicants and family members of applicants are allowed to utilize clubhouse facilities" and put picture on the membership card.

Dear AI residents (regardless of I&P and TTDI),

I believe in working together regardless of different developers as people will consider AI as a whole. I even reported the lembu and road cases to mbsa for their actions.

Now, some of the AI residents mentioned that the factory nearby is releasing smelly and black in colour smoke. I would like to seek your co-operation to report to mbsa as well. We suspect Meru Palm Oil Mill is releasing the smoke especially at night.

honestly bro, I have never experienced the smell before but some canting and pentas owners have experienced it. the travel of smoke depends on the wind. sometimes towards canting sometimes towards the roundabout. any TTDI owners have smell anything particularly at night?

Just a suggestion here. Since Tinta already paying for their own pak guard, I think it is worth to use the same one. Probably can nego for better price and the company will most likely be experienced on the surroundings. just a thought.

Plus, Tinta pak guards are strict. I have been to Tinta to look at subsales early last year. not sure if the pak guard strict due to company policy or the owners of the house there want them to be super duper strict

my suggestion is to pay bendahari a bit for his/her hard work. not easy since he has to hold ur money. huge sum some more. and if the house owner doesnt wanna pay, deactivate his access card. but u cant hold him back from coming home as it is against the law.just deactivate and give him a hard time

yeah, sure not easy. some people stubborn. dont wanna pay. Zircona needs to have RA. if not that place is gonna collapse. Good RA also will help in appreciation based on my experience.
