yup, citrina will be more exclusive in this sense. I hope that AI would mature fast. Still dunno when the commercials gonna be up. So far all houses. Honestly, I have tutup buku this year. If not I will surely grab 1 unit in citrina. A good buy in my opinion. smile.gif

Yup both are great products and probably have own pros and cons. Pentas corner lot land is not triangle btw. it is trapezium with reasonable width at the back of around 25 feet. front much wider (trapezium)

I realized most of the above RM1million properties bought are for own stay. Most investors also know that it is not easy to either sell back and also to get rental. Either way susah. Better get 2 units of RM500K houses rather than RM1million house.

This is quite interesting. What if Harga Piawai > Harga Minimum?

One of my properties under this while one of my other properties sold like Citrina. Harga Jualan (real) < Harga Piawai and Harga Minimum.

Can but Tinta buyers, please dont hentam me aaa. This is just my opinion. Might not be true also. You can take it with a pinch of salt. Comparing tinta and citrina is very easy. Comparing with pentas corner or future i&P might be a bit harder. Tinta is not favourable in my eyes because it is so near to the pusat islam and might be not favourable to non-muslims if he wants to liquid it (this is just from investment point of view. Properties near temples are also not favourable to me).The build up and land also not that big for a semi-d. some more you have got a gas pipeline near your house. The choice is quite obvious here.
