Ya lor. I am not staying in Puchong Hartamas but I am quite upset too to know this because WTF is the government, police and mpsj doing about safety? mpsj said the guardhouse is too dangerous to be built there because of the sharp turning to guardhouse. yes, it can be dangerous but i sometimes use that road too. it is not that dangerous. come on. now without guardhouse, it will be more dangerous to the residents there.

I was upset too. But to say the turning to the guardhouse is too dangerous was just a stupid reason to their act.

It was the road issue and if really turning to guardhouse is dangerous, then should allocate one or two bumps to ease the cars speed. Now, the residents are living more dangerous without guardhouse.

Nonsense MPSJ act. They dont see what is a purpose of a guardhouse and simply demolish it.

May be they got complained by those who do not want to pay maintenance fee and the Guard house in the first place does not get enough majority approval from the residence and also never submit for MPSJ approval..

Then Stella said that there is an alternative site already identified by MPSJ in year 2009 and based on the understanding, the new site must be completed with a new guardhouse, then only demolish the current guardhouse. Why this is not followed?

MPSJ engineer En Mohd Arifuddin explained that he is working with the Developer on the road access design only recently, in September 2011. There was deadline given by MPSJ to the Developer to submit the design or else MPSJ will carry out demolition. There has been delay in such plan and the approval could not be reach within this deadline, even though it has been postponed a few times. Hence MPSJ made the drastic decision to demolish it.

this is an interesting precedent to watch.

there will be more cases like this to come as crime rate rises, more cases of half cooked gng, fng, xng... buyers assume all is good but developers not taking full resposibility, legality/approvals questionable, some people don't pay, etc., etc...

And with inflation the G&G are ever wanting to increase the subscriptions. My place the RA is asking the members to pay more. And I see a whole bunch of guards ( maybe got 10 people ) hired. Ghee .....when security is bad, people want to have their own guards, but won't that will make the police more slack ? By having more guards, increasing subscriptions, is it improving security or making thing worse ?
