How U know ? Maybe they r flippers ? Pay 10% downpayment for a RM1.3m house = RM130,000 and B4 the 1st progressive paymt comes in, sell the property for RM1.5m, pocketing a cool RM200K profit.

Hey wil-i-am, today I settle my utilities deposit & assessment charge and submit the bank reimbursement letter to Naza TTDI to prove there is no late payment. They will check and get back to me early next week.

On the same time, I had informed my banker on this and the bank loan lawyer had been notified to act on this by issue waiver request letter to Naza TTDI. According to my banker, many of her client purchase AI TTDI had similar issue.

I hope the late payment issue can be settle as soon as possible as per letter, it mention that you deemed the vacant possession from the 14 days expiring from letter's date and the 24 months defect liabilities will start. Any delay to act on this, it is losses to us.

How many units of Citrina were sold today?
Last check still got 14 units avail out of 56.

went there at 5.30pm...SA said sold 5 corners, Citrina still got 16 units, think today they push more on the completed corners, not semi d.
