Holy cow ! How could U guys afford to buy RM1.5million house ? The monthly installment must be like RM10,000. U guys earning RM40,000-50,000 per mth ?

How U know ? Maybe they r flippers ? Pay 10% downpayment for a RM1.3m house = RM130,000 and B4 the 1st progressive paymt comes in, sell the property for RM1.5m, pocketing a cool RM200K profit.
