QUOTE(girugaga86 @ May 29 2012, 11:48 AM) I tried customizing it, upgrading to 16gb 1600mhz since they already come with 12gb 1600mhz RAM, an upgrade to 16gb is onl 28USD. Add along with a 30gb mSata ssd. Price is already around 1600USD. Convert to RM, then its RM5k + yep ram is cheap.. but really that 30gb on caddy or replacing the 1tb?

Hey, guys, I plan to buy G55VW will you all consider buying a laptop lock for the rog laptop ? I'm taking course that related to computer in Uni. I quite worry about laptop theft in Uni(Local Government one) as the external view of rog laptop is eye-catched. I'm consider clicksafe kensington lock for rm 100++.

QUOTE(xxxcriminal @ May 29 2012, 11:54 PM) 60Gb ssd cukup ke?? at least 120Gb.. I'm not using the ssd as storage. But for a faster boot time. I'll keep my HDD. So most probably, in the near future i'll just open up my G55 and insert my mSata SSD. Will check with Asus for this service first.
