actually, i get this kind of speed at KL randomly.. nvr get it at kuching(jan), sibu and penang(sept 2012)

yea DiGi has many blindspot ... either indoor or outdoor ...
But I think you need to msg them about the real location eg, GPS location...
And just let them introduce LTE 1st la .
People complaining when they are upgrading 3G and EDGE, and also ppl complaining when they deploy LTE
They really try much to optimize coverage but not hard enough like Maxxx... especially indoor
Never mind, i can wait for it or just keep complaining thru OCS...

Using old DiGi smart plan 88 (5GB per month)
tried speedtest around Aug 2012 ... speed is 700kbps
after few months can reach 1.6mbps till 21 march 2013
from 22 march 2013 the speed capped at 2100kbps untill today.
and found H+ signal around DiGi HQ... speed remain 2100kbps... not sure other location.

EDGE speed always MAXED at 260kbps

Improvement area/coverage:
pavilion - from no 3G untill 3G indoor coverage
KLCC - from low 3G speed untill 2100kbps max during peak hour
NSK kuchai lama - deployed 2G/3G indoor coverage @ 18 MAY 2013
IOI MALL - deployed 2G indoor coverage. Checked at 1 June 2013 still no 3G indoor coverage

Issue location:
around KL sentral - 3G speed never reach 1mbps during office hour
TBS BTS - no indoor coverage
No indoor coverage @ Setia City mall, Setia walk puchong, Festival City, Summit USJ, Scott Garden

yes, you may use mobile sim for tablet use.
The purpose/advantage of tablet plan is now they separate the tablet users with normal mobile users...
where their SUPERSIM can reach 4-5mbps at non-congested area ....

and yea. only SUPERSIM can reach that speed... I have tried on prepaid tablet plan and it sux

You can actually check the IP address...
if the IP is 115.xxx.xxx.xxx, u actually can get 2mbps max for postpaid
if the IP is 49.xxx.xxx.xxx, u actually can get 3-5mbps or even more depends on the traffic...

Not all the area having H+ connection. And even it is H+... the speed is still same... 2mbps
also dunno y miss fuitie can have DC-HSPA+ speed


used Huawei P1 to search for 4G network around Subang Jaya
and i got maxis 4G and digi 4G
sound subang jaya always be the 1st place to have 4G.... along with PJ

DiGi has upcapped the speed today....
the max i can get now is 3676kbps.... but upload remain 384kbps ....
waiting HSPA+ ....

yea before this many of us tot all the upgraded sites will have LTE signal capability (as DiGi itself said)
But if you use LTE phone/tablet/dongle to search 4G network, you will only get the DiGi 4G at very limited area.
But who cares? (4G phone users perhaps?)
IMO 3G is still majority revenue for them, which is lack behind from other telco, including Umobile.
and of coz, users need to have 3G coverage to have their call when they are using 4G network...
where 3 other telco already have it!



previously i have used umobile as my prefered server. The speed comes with slower in the middle of testing.
same goes to maxis and tm bla bla bla...
Y i used bangkok? coz i using DiGi sister company DTAC as server
when the servers at malaysia having problem, i can get 2mbps straight line till the end of the testing by using DTAC.
that is y until now i still use it as testing. of coz, the speed is SAME when i test with local server right now.
another point is... wanna test DiGi's data stability if download from oversea?

bro, it depends on location/site. i went paradigm mall today and tested the speed. 2.2mbps dl and 0.38mbps ul
i purposely did a test outside the mall which getting 1.48mbps dl and 1.4mbps upload...

maybe u n ur bro not at same place perhaps? :0

is thr anything launch tomolo? no matter lte or prepaid changes?

i think it is upgrading n9 to have more 3g coverage which is sux now.

dude, the H+ speed and H speed in digi network are same at the moment.
that means no improvement of speed even u having it.
H speed = 3 to 5mbps DL and 1.5mbps UL
not sure bout H+ but DC-H+ should be able to reach 42mbps

their hspa+ speed is same with H... so dun worry..

but i wondering y umobile H can get 10mbps
but digi only 5mbps...

btw, digi quarter report released. mobile internet subscription increased 1 million users @@....
anyone feel the internet becomes slower and slower ??
