anyone experiencing slow internet speed after digi introduce H+ to the mobile network?

can get 2mbps on average in subang, setapak area..even klang 1-2mbps. but indoor still need to improve for the speed as most of the time only able to get 300-600kbps in shopping mall like paradigm, pyramid even full bar.

I can get 3to 8 mbps, most time, depend location in kl or ceras or pj, once a while over 10mbps

Why Malaysian Gov hate DiGi so much ? If Telenor 49% is a problem, how about U mobile ?
U Mobile start as digital tv servive, then got 3G licence, allow domestic roaming with Celcom then Maxis.  DiGi got nothing.

I really have no idea why they would like to capped user speed at 384kbps. It's been like this for ages. Maybe from 2003

not pilot user.. just normal staff plan.. tried on normal smart plan sim.. seem max only up to 5mbps..

Hi. Wan to ask if the iDiGi installment for iPhone 5S how it's work? I saw there is 88 EPP and the info as below:

RM1,440.00 Plan (Advance Payment)
RM672.00 Upfront Payment
Due Today RM3,605.00
(Estimated Monthly Payment: RM150.21)

Meaning that every month i have to pay RM150.21 only?

SmartPlan 58 works by..

First 1GB provided is meant for browsing internet without using mobile type or Opera Mini. Once your 1GB quota is finish, is total lock down. No throttled internet speed usage. What's left with the additional 1GB is meant for mobile app Whatsapp, WeChat and Opera Mini. In short.... it sucks!

That's why I retain my Digi SmartPlan 48 even DiGi customer service agent called asking me to upgrade to SmartPlan 58 and I said no! RM 48 type is simple, 1GB usage. Once quota is finish, I can still use the internet freely with throttled speed of 128kbps.

Bro, I can't find anything about SmartPlan 48 on Digi..

tried digi internet prepaid...found that there is no more capping users at only 384kbps but instead manage to get up till 1.7mbps for dwnload and 1mbps for upload on speedtest. subscribe to RM18=300MB monthly.

i just switched from maxis to digi but now able to call but unable to connect to the internet.. how ah?

APN setting? All is 0. I called CS and they told me that they need one day (24 hours) for them to port my line to their internet service.. lol.. think have to wait? Or you guys can guide me to fix the APN settings?

hi all, my foreigner colleague wish to use DG Prepaid Smart Plan for week... but he require Nano sim card for his iPhone... wondering can we get nano prepaid sim card from off-the-shelf? Is the RM10 charges applied if walk in into service center to get the nano sim card?

are you using the new smart plan 88?
are you still able to use internet at slower speed after finish using the quota?
I tried asking Digi but they can't give a definitive answer... they either say internet data will be throttled to slower speed or some will say internet will be completely blocked off...
the FAQ says restricted but that can have 2 meaning!!
please clarify this mystery for me

i've just started using Monthly 18 today for prepaid on my iphone 5 iOS 7.

1. When i use opera mini on my iphone, it seems i'm still using up my internet quota although it is suppose to be free and not charge to internet quota. Do you guys encounter this as well?

2. Is using opera mini for free specific to certain websites only or is it for all websites? Based on their image under unlimited internet surfing, it shows only the symbol for wikipedia, twitter, Facebook, gmail and yahoo mail.

Note that I've turn off cellular access for all apps except for opera mini.
