dont take this the wrong way. no need to get upset. i am giving you my honest reply and i sincerely think that you over react.
your 1st question was "Is the instant hot water thermo flask hot enought to kill bacteria?."

which part of my reply don't you understand? the product that i am selling here is called a hot water flask. not BACTERIA KILLER/BACTERIA FREE THERMO FLASK!
i am telling you what i know.
normal tap water boils to a maximum of 100celcius. you know this right?

when you asked me "Is the instant hot water thermo flask hot enought to kill bacteria?."
i merely replied "Water tops at 100celcius. Whether hot enough to kill bacteria..well..im not qualified to answer that question.
Ive been using it for a couple of months now and im still alive. "
i cant guarantee you that SEERS THERMO FLASK kills bacteria, i know it kills bacteria at 100 clecius but some bacterias might be tougher.
meaning you need to ask your GP for a qualified answer.

Boiling water will be less effective than fairy and water.
The boiling water will kill some (most) of the bacteria, but there are some bacteria that live in extremely hot temperatures. That said the heat should kill most by denaturing the enzymes. The fairy (a detergent) will burst the cells thus killing them. The combination of heat plus detergent will be better as you are taking two different approaches to killing them.

for your NEW question... I am using this for new born babies, infant etc and I need to ask for the safety of these innocent new born.
you have gotta be more specific, for bathing?drinking?cleaning baby's bottle etc?

i will happily answer all your questions to the best of my limited knowledge. but in general .. and i do mean GENERAL ... all thermo flask should be safe for consumption. you should be more concerned about the WATER SUPPLY.

hope i have not offended you this time. flex.gif

Hmmm... Whenever you're in doubt, don't go for it. That's always my motto.

I am merely a reseller. My supplier might OEM the product from the same china factory.

Have a good day.

Into a cupboard? Can but I won't recommend it. This is hot water strange u are talking about here.
Hack is for aesthetic purposes only.if u don't mind piping here and there by all means, go ahead.

Please look at the installation diagram in page 1. General rule of thumb - unless you want to use pressure pump, always place SEERS water tank highest possible.

something like this, no?

I hope you get what I meant by this, or is this not how it works for seers tank?

I am confused now rclxub.gif . So what are the steps should I be doing after I bought the seers tank and maybe that will give me a clearer picture. For condo, where should I be installing the tank in? Any recommendations?

cheers

hi

interested in the CH40. according to your website, it has two tanks in there?
so is it 20L each tank? meaning only 20L of ready to use hot water? thanks

its actually 30 liters, hot water flows out from the top, when that happens cold/tank water enters from the bottom.
both tanks are coiled with heated copper, which in turn, heats up the tank. this equates to faster heating time compared to Vertical models.

i hope i have answered your questions. icon_rolleyes.gif

this heated copper is located outside or inside the tank? isnt this "heated copper" just another name for heating element?

seers main selling point is 0 electrocution risk. heating element is not in contact with water in the tank.

Kindly refer to your manual to determine the water capacity. In general 100liters should suffice.

1) can you check for Hybrid Hot Water System, is the heating plate made out of metal? Does this metal heating plate in contact with metal water tank?

2) is heating metal plate using thermoelectric Peltier effect to heat water?
