Note : We only sell storage heaters for now

Seers Hybrid Hotwater System is the world’s first ever eco-friendly hybrid technology enabled water heater. The system allows users to enjoy the benefits of hot water powered by an extremely efficient and cost effective system. The SEERS Hybrid hot water system works on a similar principal to the heat pump. However, the Seers system has the added advantage of highly efficient heat transfer. The SEERS hybrid system has all advantages of the heat pump, but overcomes the disadvantages for mechanically driven heat pump and solar powered systems produce hot water without the need of heating elements, electric booster and hermetic compressor. AC/DC supply not only saves on power consumption, but is also very safe to use. It works day and night regardless of weather changes. With global warming being a huge concern, we are passionate about helping to preserve the environment. By doing so, SEERS hopes to help restore the environmental balance and provide a cleaner, healthier, cooler world for our future generations.

i sell and i do provide installations
installation depends on the complexity of the job, length of copper piping used, location etc
if you are already using storage/solar water system, maybe some slight mods or no mods needed at all.
in general - pvc piping supplies direct water from SYABAS or water tank and copper piping supplies hot water from storage tank. mixer is then used to control the desired water temperature.
water pump is needed if the pressure is too low.

Very sorry for the outdated website notworthy.gif , the 1st gen uses air, now it uses ceramic plates for heat transfer. rest assured, the website will be updated soon(ongoing process),
the hot water inside the tank can maintain the temp @ 40 C for 4 days without electricity, that's how good the insulation's are.

please do not hesitate to contact me should you need further clarifications.

the new gen uses AC to heat up the ceramic plates, using regular 13a sockets. smile.gif

I notice that there is a drain outlet in the unit besides the cool water inlet and hot water outlet.

Why there is a drain outlet? When I renovate my bathroom, I will need to allocate a pipe for this outlet as well? What comes out of this outlet?

the outlet as the name implies is for draining the unit in case of emergencies.

no piping necessary for drain. pvc piping for water inlet and copper piping for hot water outlet.

Thank you for your interest.

3 units of 40l? for 3 different houses? may i know the intended use of the heater so i may guide you accordingly. nod.gif

DC supply meaning i can change the power source from AC to DC. some application needs DC. unsure.gif

of course i can courier but you have to bear the charges as my margin is too slim. where r u located?

i'm sorry but my prices are already the lowest possible, as mentioned, i do not own a shop so my overhead is lower.

Regards,

Alex

Where do I house the heater - above or below the ceiling?

The bathroom comes with 20amp point for water heater. Can I use those for this water heater?

the location is entirely up to you, but i prefer above the ceiling. nicer as normal bathroom is lack of space anyways and you don't want to see the piping's running here and there biggrin.gif

of course can if you already bought 20amp switch. one of Seers selling point is that it uses regular 13amp switches smile.gif (saves money)

Can the same incoming cold water used for the Water Heater as well as the mixer?

B'cos the is only 1 incoming cold water provided in any house... Thinking to use the T-connector to divert the same incoming water to the mixer to the heater as well... Would this work...?

this is not hybrid.
it still consumes electricity.

i can see different of 2kwh and my joven water heater rated at 3.2kw with booster pump.

since this is a tank heated, do i need to wait 4 hours for it to be heated up ?
