Parcel shown delivered but recipient is not me, that name listed are only my shortform name on the mailing address. I didn't received any parcel at the date/time shown in the tracking list. I've call a number of pos outlets around my area, none of them pickup my call and 1 300 300 300 direct me to their online e-feedback application site.

Anyone experienced this and please tell me what should i do in this situation? Item bought from shopee and shipped by Poslaju.
