Actually i thought of purchase from LYN member here where they got pre-order of white and promising getting this Saturday. But i really dun trust the way courier guy handling parcel. ...so still struggling...

Im still thinking n dnt know how to make a choice between sgs2 or note.

the device is safely protected from the box and i dont think rough handling easily ruin the device.. not to worry so much actually =) hopefully my place will be selling very soon lar

Added on December 1, 2011, 6:02 amif you have the budget to take note and not mind having a big screen device, go for it.. im using s2 and play with my friends' note, i dont really like my s2 anymore.. the big hd amoled screen really so catchy

malaysia firmware still not update to 2.3.6 or 2.3.7 yet.. if u insist, then u have to flash new rom from other country that had updated

Mine also facing lag / no smooth when surfing net, i mean in the web page when i scroll down or up, it's lag, anyone else facing this problem too? how to overcome this?

agree. Dolphin is smooth and practical. I have stopped using other browsers.

i dun like that dolphin recently requested the permission to start at boot. why should a browser need that kind of access/ permission?

i know this has been discussed before... but was there any outcome. sorry but was not really able to online the last few days... perhaps can put this as FAQ?!

Q1. Hissing sound from the charger. I do get that as well. Have read many users also faced that. I recall someone replying that it could be due to grounding or sth like that. The thing is... this hissing/ buzzing sound... is not really loud and i noticed that after a few hours, the sound is no longer there (especially if charge overnight and try to listen to it the next morning).

Q2. While charging... I noticed some parts of the screen is not as sensitive. again, I recall many also mentioned this and again, could this be due to grounding?i didn't get this with sgs2. Will both Q1 and Q2 kill the Note over long term?

Q3. Yes... This phone does lag a bit. It could be just after waking up the phone or something... But sometimes, my touch takes 1-2 seconds to register. it usually happens at the beginning when i start to use the phone -- maybe the phone just woke up or something. example: i touch the message button and sometimes it takes 1-2 seconds before the message screen appears. again, comparing with sgs2, i've not faced such a thing before. still, in 1 day... maybe this happens only like 2-3 times la... so its a small issue.

Hi Benny, I used Stock, Dolphin Mini and Dolphin HD browser, they are very fast and smooth, but one thing I dun like is, they are difficult to use the copy and paste feature (not acculate), Firefox copy/paste much better, but very slow, some time fail to work on LYN. still looking for better browser...

Em, for me... Black nicer... I like the back cover of black color, can hold it nicely...
White color holding really like a toy

Few of my friends first saw direct ask me choose black...

I din realise the Q1 problem. But Q2 do happen on my phone.
