Developer always sell forecasted 3 years ahead price. Sinaran one is 2012 price. Ascencia price is 2015 price. Keke.

Less than 700psf...ttdi one is 1kpsf...this 1 is mata kucing not rambutan..better fast fast buy sinaran

normal laaa.

sinaran built at 2007-2009 cost price + last few years design.

ttdi A will be built at 2013 cost price + current futuristic design.

prices are sure different. laugh.gif

1k psf in the suburb area of KL. It is a very ambitious pricing.
This project is leveraging on the future mrt. Just feel that property near MRT is over rated.

at least mah sing and SHC are not so optimist, they sell based on FCFS basis.
Unlike Naza TTDI conduct the sales on balloting and bank pre-assessment method, over confident !!

met a few ppl at Tropicana Gardens... one couple bought 15 units there. Very crazy but I guess there are some capable ones within the Damansara market. If not Uncle Aunties won't be helping their kids buying properties in Hong Kong, Singapore, UK and Australia.

One Malaysian uncle was talking about putting deposit for a Hong Kong Dollar 18 million pigeon hole in Hong Kong.

Malaysia properties is just kacang putih in terms of pricing.

Feel like alot of ppl in my neighborhood is already talking about this TTDI project.

craze over props near mrt and pricing is so unrealistically high.....youcity, tropicana gardens and likely this ascencia. See a lot irrational buying lately....many kiasu investors

I believe those who will buy this prop are those really afforable and with holding power, not those short term flippers.

this price is expected, to make it exclusive. of course you can find landed house in selangor at this price.


anyway, we must also congratulate the buyers of glomac damansara who bought at 600-700 psf!! thumbup.gif

they have about 250m longer walk (2-3mins?) than ascencia to the planned mrt station but $ psf 30-40% cheaper!! rclxms.gif
