Damansara fetches higher premium than TTDI name? Except for Damansara Heights, i dont see any other 'Damansara' getting better property prices than TTDI KL.

Other upcoming condo's in the vicinity are all priced >RM500 psf.

I agree TTDI is a higher class compared to the nearby Damansara. You have a Tun here.

I think don't underestimate 1,000 per sqft... if somewhere in PJ suddenly start selling 1,100 per sq ft then you'll realise hey its cheap

Bandar Utama price much higher than TTDI. TTDI area condos also not premium pricing. Where is the prestige? Even leasehold Kota Damansara area also fetch higher pricing. This Ascencia is super optimistic.

I think they know the market is not doing well now. Have been received sms/ email from them again and again about the balloting date and info.
May be this one only for rich people to play.

Got a sales chart frpm my mate. It was a embarassing day for naza ttdi. Thought need to ballot n end up no one hew on it. It showed the resistance of rm1kpsf for dwvelopment outside klcc area.

It give a very gd indicator to those greedy developers. I dont know how ttdi naza going to sell this dev. If no further disc, u ll see many developwrs even after vp.
