seems like developers are now rushing to launch before the end of year end in anticipation of a downturn in 2012 and onwards... - but most buyers are already in a cautious mood and the high prices are not helping matters indeed..so if the developers are smart they should think about adjusting their prices lower to catch those who are still itching to buy...

Location seems to be a major plus point. Besides that there's very little information on the website. They could at least give floor plans and unit sizes.
