look at the jalan names in the article. it's not ascencia, different land. that is next to the 3 petrol stations, 1 of them with kfc wan...

I have the following queries:

1) How much is the projected price psf?
2) Is the land located in Selangor or KL? I think that location is under Selangor
3) The graveyard is quite near the development so most of the units with the so called 'city' view is actually facing the graveyard rite?
4) Launch date? Demand so far?

It is attached to the MRT right? Or located very near. If yes should be good for rental. But then of course the rate dont know how much there once MRT finish.

Why, once the MRT finish the rate goes down?

This house if anyone buy must pasang the sound proof glass because beside MRT!

No what I mean is dont know how high can the rent be once MRT finish. Can the rent there go up to cover the monthly mortgage?

Oh how high...don't know smile.gif but by right of course the rent can go high a bit.

No idea whats the maintenance fee for TTDI Ascencia. Nearby maintenance fee for Glomac Damansara is at RM 0.33 psf.

The Mas Kiara is about RM 0.40.

Anyway, i have a question.

This house is a free-hold, so i can sell to non-bumi also right?
Because i remember Taman Tun is a Tanah Rezab Melayu.
I only know that IF a house is a leased hold i can only sell back to Bumi only (provided i am Bumi as well) - vice versa

Maybe my facts are wrong.........
