Hey guys,
I just got my m14x R2 last week with killer wireless option but im having a problem with my wireless connection speed. The internet packaged im subscribed to is 20Mbps but when doing a speedtest, im getting an average around 3 to 4Mbps download/upload on my laptop. But on my iPhone, im getting an average of 18 to 20Mbps. The speed is normal if i connect using cable. Anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks |

Does the Alienware laptops use some special modded drivers by Dell? Like can you install the official drivers from nvidia without having problems?

Actually I found out (as bosouman pointed out), you cannot even unselect/dropout the bagpack from total. It is sealed deep within that package. Conclusion is I think it's FAIR if we can accept the compulsory free gift (in this case, supposed I LIKE the bagpack) or you will be frustrated a lil bit if you don't even want the compulsory free gift (I despised the headset, might as well go for Beats). Phew. See attachment below. On the checkout the Final Price is RM7,066.17 But when the Sales Agent Recheck my items since i do have an extra headset which they wrongly charged me for Plus i do my own calculation(with RM239 cash redemption) and has been confirmed by the Sales Agent.. The total is only RM6,827.15  If you saw anything suspicious with your buy.. Please do check with Dell Online Sales Team. They are really helpful..
