Hi guys! Owner of a M14x R1 here, bought from viper88 Just a quick question to those of you with the M14x and have upgraded to SSD: Which SSD are you guys using? So far I've read that only the Intel, Samsung 830 and Crucial M4's are the most suitable and with the least problems for the M14x. Planning to upgrade my stock 500GB HDD to a 240/256GB SSD. My M14x's bios is on A05 so there shouldn't be a problem running the SSD at SATA III speeds. So far I'm not able to find anyone selling the Samsung 830 which is the one that I really want. Any other alternatives that you guys recommend? Thanks!  |
