Does anyone use the Facebook chat feature? I feel it's unstable... sometimes messages come, sometimes it doesn't.

Seems to be very network dependant, if you're worried you can just start up the messaging up, and for a quick instance you'll see on the top left corner whether you're connected (it says signed in) or not (says can't connect to chat)

Some days I can keep connected, some days I can't.

i think the facebook chat is the best coz it simple and direct integrated with messaging.but when offline sometimes i forgot not to write in sms like in chat. wasting few cent later

Even when I'm connected and signed in, sometimes people fb chat me also I never receive.

Lately, the more common problem is, I can send fb message, but when people reply, I can't see. I use my home's Wifi and U Mobile 3G also the same... hmm...

make sure your facebook website do not open at the same time
if not the msg priority will go to fb first and sometimes it wont pushed to phone if you reply in fb page

not really too , my desktop fb login in still can receive fb chat message on both pc and phone too.. pc come 1st after 3sec phone incoming message

guys, im thinkin of taking my mozart for warranty.. can i juz bring it to the HTC store at the gardens? coz i work near there.. or is it better that i send it to service centre?

my screen having prob at top.. which i cannot touch when new msg came in.. or check my battery status..
any1 else having this prob?? ><

not having this problem... just sometimes unresponsive only.... maybe january I'll send mine in too...
but I prefer for them to pickup my phone instead rather than going to their centre any HTC store.

but about screen thingy, i think it will take one week as one of the forumites here said.

HTC garden is a collection point only. normally once u leave it there for warranty. it will only reach repair center in 2-3 days. so which mean your device will be late 2-3 days for late attend.

alll HTC device will be send back to 2nd floor, Wisma Goodyear located at Kelana Jaya Business center, SIS distrubtion center to claim warranty.

i sent my hd2 to SIS near lowyat before, very good service, should be best services. took three days to fix the phone as promised. i think no one handphone warranty services can beat SIS at this moment.

where is that located? is it in lowyat building??
they fix it there or send back to kelana jaya centre??
will be out of phone if i send it in.. so, wanna know which centre would b faster..

i sent to SIS kelana business centre last week. i sent on 11am and on the same day. i got them call me back around 3-4pm for my repair cost.

nothing much. only camera setting got more option to choose.
