The list is still in progress. He is taking it easy ler...will call him after i get an idd card...mahal lor call use normal line...will include this into charges laugh.gif

Well as with WC specimens, it is ok as long as there are abundant specimens in the wild. Once a while you will need new genes to be introduced into your breeds or it will deteriorate and become weaker. When collecting, take only what you need...1-2 is ok...tat is 1-2 pieces...not pails ok. U must know when to stop and withold your urges tongue.gif . Hets are very abundant depending on species.

People harvest/pillage as my frens calls it , the Hadrurus population and also the Smeringurus mesaensis population by the pail loads...for paperweight...and he also says there are still so many more of these in the desert...so if anyone wanna help protect the species, do not buy souvenirs that feature these creatures.

Chill Dude. A question was asked so I was obliged to answer. I won't go into the jungle looking one. BUt my friend is a logging contractor working on site and he told me he has a bucket load for me. The Indon workers would either kill is or eat it as its a hindrance to their work. I volunteered to take it loh. But it hasn't reached me....AFS.

Now we see why massive deforestation is bad for the environment...the lil scorps get eaten up instead laugh.gif Its better that you take the bucket release those buggers somewhere else. may contain different sp in there.

Where is that place...wanna go see see...see got other species there or not la...heard they say got lychas here in malaysian jungle...cool

drool.gif O.pallipes...for your eyes only...its been banned to leave its country so can forget of it being purchased legally heheh

Yeah...Deforestation is really bad. So many species of Scorps and Tarantulas either get squished or lose their habitat.

As for the location, its really deep inside central Johor.

Nice T, Unfortunatly too many have been exported that they had to ban the lil critter from leaving....

O.Wahlbergii is the Tricolor scorpion...use my link and see...u'll agree tat its the prettiest in the list...I'm goin for that one...

Price tat we are looking nto is about 100+ not more than 150 la...well better than common scorps la...more buyer then even lower than 100 lor...

I'm looking into only 4 specimens so we can arrange one day and meet to discuss what sp tat we all like.

I suggest...O.wahlbergii icon_idea.gif , P.imperator, P.cavimanus (redclaw emperor) and H.longimanus...AFS...er no point la...hor rolleyes.gif

I rate this the best lookin in the list
BTW can't manage to get H.arizonensis...not in his list...will call him again just before ordering to check see stock in or not...i love tat one too and my tank is more customized for desert environment

The supplier was suprised i know my names better than his list heheh...guess he deals with too many reptiles lor...
Ok thanks for your reply...going for lunch...will come up with the official trading post when i get back...home tat is...

Sand scorps are very nice...but very hard to care for...they are opposite of the emperors or afs tat we usually keep. Too humid,it will die. Its complicated.
I like the Arizonensis...cool bugs...but no stock...so is the Isreali golden desert scorp or S.maurus palmatus.

Wahlbergii's i think is from desert or semi desert area wan la...nice color. I tot they were gonna say, O.glabifrons instead...tat one is a bit poisonous lor...so was very rclxm9.gif when they confirm wahlbergii...most colorful ler i think heheh and safe too...

EDITED : Sorry for the wrong info just now...the site stated Opisthacanthus which i stated as Opistophthalmus...sorry for the error made.

Dude...abit late...
I customized mine liao...its big and its cheap...
Below 100 for a 2.5ft tank with broadness of 2ft and 1.5ft high.
Swing down hinge door tat can be used as a make shift table. (U can put the food or the scorp there when u wish to play or mess with it.)
Aluminium panel on the inside to prevent bugs from climbing the silicone.
Customized vent holes for use with fans (desert variety)
Can contain more sand level so that the burowing scorps can go about their business.
Top portion is free opening
Terarium door will have a magnetic lock for safety purposes.

laugh.gif I think too much... sweat.gif
But since customizing will cost lower than 100...why not since the size also very spacious. Will customize another one for my P.cavimanus tank. Make it taller. icon_idea.gif

Wow, that sound great, should really post some pics to share.
I tried custome made before for my tarantula, failed miserably as it was my first time. Swing down hinges doors as yours. Although it was done in shape and firm, but damn ugly. Each corner got silicone and many many fingerprints that cannot rub off even i try hard.
