Last I know, Block B is almost 75% sold, but that was a few days ago.

they shd rather sell it slow and steady.
If u notice the masterplan, the phase 2 only has 2 blocks.

this project sold off like hot cakes.. launch 30 minute fully sold out.. people these days are rich.. but i bet 80% are flipper... selling off after completion... jus pray the market is there... monthly payment is 2.5k up per month..

I doubt so la. They did reduce the smallest unit size to 1395 sqf in block B from smallest of 1426 in block A. They might just reduce a little bit further to 12xx as the condo concept is for family living but still keeping the same price as 1395/1426 so its indirectly increasing psf, just my wild guess

What is the latest psft like? another new high?

No idea on block C at all.. block B just saw increased of 20-50 psf.

Got reply from SA, for block B, there is a type B3 at 1395sqft. They want to make the B3 type bigger than 1395sqft in block C.

Any reason they dun want to launch studio or smaller unit?
most of the project in kl or PJ provide studio or 900++sqft unit

They can't get it approved fr the authority. Smaller units meant higher density. Rumous saying they shd build min 1400sf.
