Thanks for sharing the photos. When I went to the show room last time, the balcony is not under construction. BTW, the fitting for bathrooms are also part of the freebies. 1 of the agents told me there's no need for water heater as there's solar installed or something. Do you aware on this?
I did notice that there are some trees on the roof top. Does that mean there's a roof garden? It's not mentioned in the brochure though.

Loan to Value 70%, for those own > 2 housing loan, they can only borrow 70%.
Since i am under this catagory, i need to pay 1st 30%, so i have plenty of time to apply for loan. I need to offload some other units 1st.

Why do u say that? I thought we need to rush to sign the SNP which is somewhere after CNY, nop? Kindly clarify as I'm in the same situation as you.

Hmm.. seems like sales has slowed down as price is getting higher?
Looks like its gonna be tough for them to push Block C and D later
*
I hope they don't launch block C & D now but after CNY.

Why there are only 7 units on 17th floor in each block? Any idea the space for the extra unit is for what purpose?

Is the sliding glass door separating the kitchen & dining room part of the layout or just for the show unit?

The sliding door in the showroom is just ID, not included.

High ceiling create a lot of space, quite nice. Hilly area is always a choice location in developed countries, commanding higher land cost. This project has many selling points. nod.gif

Missed out some good pictures yesterday.
The reserved forest also includes a large camping area side, i just joked with another forumer, if u have incoming guests to your condo, and u do not hv enough room for them, u can place them in the camp..hehe

Tree House - at time, Mat salleh thought we Malaysians are uncivilised and we lives on the trees, so once again we prove them right. But we only live in the tree house as vacation. This concept indeed a resort style living

Fruits Orchard/Cabana, some forumer said there are lots of durian trees there, so we need to wear helmet when walking around this area for "safety reason". There is a pool looks like a hotspring

Hot spring in the forest?? shd be an ideal place for kids to play

It will be really good if the 42acres of land is semi private and self maintain, more exclusive like the DPC.

What i'd suggest is the nature facilities are available for the public with a cost but free for the residents. smile.gif

Really tempting to secure an unit, good idea, this place is cooling.

They hv the right product, and good easy entry package. But they do not know how to market their product. The printed catalogue is dull and boring.
That is why I try to upload some pics here. Pictures speak better than words.

i was impressed at DF although density is high as well as high traffic volume around all access linking to BSD,but was slightly late for early booking last week as only higher floors are available at BLOCK B costing more than RM750k before the 10% discount

Mayland better get this right for the sake of those high floors buyer/flipper

42 acres = 2800 units, average 67/acre. I can only say the number of condos is big and average low density. Imagine if 42 acres of land are splited into 42 pieces of 1 acre land in KLCC area, developer can build 42 blocks of 40 storey highrise apt, then only we call it high density

i thought it was 21 acres over 2800 units of reasonable size per unit with 3 bedrooms onwards. the rest are allocated for forest and jungle play and some should be on unusable class 3 and class 4 slopes .

IMO, after all phases completed, it will still look congested and dense

Mont Kiara has 90% highrise, only 10% landed. Whereas in bandar Sri damansara it's 90% landed. So whether BSD or MK more congested? It's very obvious.

21 acres is the forest, 42 acres is the size of the whole development. smile.gif

Development is built only on class 1 and 2 slopes.

I got some pictures of the 1610sq feet unit....I booked one unit, as I really like the whole concept and hope it will turn out great.

Only drawback for the large unit is that the kitchen is very small! Master bathroom is heavenly... smile.gif And all kitchen cabinets and bathroom fittings are included.
