Guys, I saw top hill got something look like Paris tip tap(cantonese) crane tower satelite. What is it for? That will affected human healthy or distortion from receiving signal such as FM radio, TV channel, wireless & Wifi?

North is on top. Take Tower 4 (Block A) for example, facing pool is facing West, facing Phase 2 (blocj 5&6) is East.

As far as I know, Alliance, Public, Maybank, and HSBC agents have confirmed DIBS, but I am not sure about OCBC because I was not interested with their offer when they told me it is semi-flexi loan. Not sure about CIMB.

it takes lots of $$$ to maintain the forest activities . heard it may be handed back to DBKL upon completion of all phases and after that will be open to public to relax and even petting

some family was stucked in masterbeedroom for like> 15 mins, discussing how they want to decorate their hse/room. I hv no patient to wait. So just cabut after I took the maid room pic.

yeah, for each property that I hv invested I usually do at least 30 hours research. The masterplan is available in the showroom. Any visitors can take the pic.

Back up plan? If can't sell at my target price rn560psf, then lower my target price. My break even price is RM406 excluding all the miscellenuos cost.
