Haha.. A lot of bros here have sense of humor. At least I know my neighbor won't be a selfish, pessimistic and kiasi guy like some that have peppered by this forum lately.

That's how a matured township and residences are formed, positive and educated personnel smile.gif

Even the building are to fall by tomorrow, we will strive to find solution and fixes, criticism and blame is the last thing that helps, just my 2cents.

The actual building will not sit directly on top of these supporting piling, they are built for the access purpose, correct me if wrong.

the phas 1 seems left only around 15% unsold.
If they were to launch the phase 2 with all duplex units or with LOFT concept overlooking the resrved forest, i am keen too.
*
duplex or town house in lower density, I'll say yes too smile.gif

I reckoned now day it is very difficult to stay in a place where natural environment such like forest, stream of water, fresh air, and modern amenity co-exist. Cool stay at the top of the hill with resonable price psf! Good view ensured!?

Very true indeed, even Desa Park City is missing the nature touch. Foresta will be good for nature's lover if the development is operated with care & without destroying much fauna and flora from the original landscape.

Block A per floor up RM6k unlike the other 3 blocks only up RM 3k

Yup with that said, those started from mid-hi to hi floor the difference of block A & B is not much, but don't forget block A buyer also get extra 2% discount.

I am not sure abt the price difference between the high floor Block A and B.
If the price is not much different then Block B is a better choice, as Block A high floor forest/pool facing units will expose to afternoon sun (WEST). The lower floor units at least will be blocked by Block D.
*

We thought so, did a side by side comparison with some remaining units from block A, I think it's either you want that extra 2% or a unit with better facing/view for lvl 20+ or above

am really curious why ppl to buy condo at 900k
landed property along sd8 and sd9 i think is same price or cheaper than this.
am going to show room yesterday with my wife. my wife love the forest view so much off course me too. buying for own stay.
just want to find out is it worth to buy?? or buy landed property at pj or damansara area as i know the price is almost there also.
Really unbalance my self to buy a condo in this price

need advise
*
what other options do you have except Foresta? I'm talking about new launch where you only need to pay a low 2% and nothing else before completion. Landed sound like a good choice if you can find a unit in good condition but again chances are you might not be able to get 90% finance and need to fork out a large sum of money for down payment, if you have no problem with paying 150k upfront for a sub-sale, landed has my vote.

Can see most of the forest view are taken up:)

On a side note i just noticed at least 5 highest floors in Westside One DPC are able to get PJ view (BU and MD) above the hill level, and the condo is not even build on a higher ground like Foresta. I think the chances is good for Foresta High floor owners to share the same view too smile.gif

I am not sure what her name is, she's not the one who I bought from. This lady is the senior of the salesperson that I bought from. She's a skinny and tall lady, you can probably figure out who she is.

But I just want to know is it true? If it is true, what's the logic behind it? If it is not true, why are they telling me this?

They were also saying things like "you probably doesn't want to go into the forest at night", etc.

there are 2 types of facilities imho, those within the condo premise and those surrounding it. It make sense at least to stop ppl from walking into the wild after 6 but that just my guess.

I have no doubt on the location so it's possible if given another 2 factors which is quality of the product and quality of the tenants.
