Now around RM530-550psf. If u r talking about the entire phase 1 (from Block A to D), i think 80% sold.

42 months of construction.
With mayland track record we shd worry if can deliver on time for those own stayers.
I am an investors, as long as DIBS covers my bank loan, I don't mind to wait for the answer, whether smart tag or touch n go entrance. Keke.

good suggestion!! also check on the Flora Damansara, and also Tan Sri Mustafa Kamal's Mansion at the hill top, see if there is any cracks on the building and the retaining walls

LnG or Mayland do not have the track records or history of build highrises and collasped in the past, and u said it is possible, and LnG or Mayland cannot handle it. Thus u need to prove your argument.

A guy is innnocent until u can prove it guity. We can't just simply shoot in the air.

At the same time, we also appreciate the healthy debates and discussion based on facts.

When some1 say it is dangerous then some1 need to highlight why it is danger with facts and reasoning. We can't just say it is dangerous because we think so and "I have never gone wrong". When asked to explain further and justify it, instead of explaining further, a forumer go and do personal attack on someone's physics knowledge. To be frank, i do not think my Secondary School Physics teacher who has 30 years pchycis background could answer the construction and soil matters.

DF is not the first construction in the same hill. We had Rafflesia, The Airie, Forest Hill are under Con. Rafflesia already built since 2008.
The highrise in the same hill includes of Armanee Terrace I & II and also Flora damansara, more than 10 blocks of highrises being built on the same hill and on same granite grounds. These highrises have been there for many years.

i have seen many landed houses are guarded with Nepalis or Bangla even though they are not proper GnG.
