Assuming all block A & B units are sold, 70% units of block D are sold and now about 22% of block C is sold. Out of total 928 units in phase 1, over 70% is sold overall. I don't think LNG is desperate for any discount/promo sales. It's just simply not needed. Just my opinion though.
