Very expensive for condos. No shortage of big-sized condos around that area. Even if around 1,600 square feet only will cost RM1million already. Might as well go for 3,182 square feet FREEHOLD gated and guarded superlink Perdana Residence 2 at Selayang. Already VPed. Prices still low at around RM1.2 million only. 7 rooms and 7 bath! Some more got clubhouse! If you were to buy from developers now, nothing less than RM1.4million to RM1.6million. You can't go wrong with freehold landed AND G+G.

Unlike some of the property that I have not heard ppl buying for own stay but everyone buying for investment (they dont want to stay there but hope other ppl will stay there), which I doubt will there be genuine demand once it is completed..  or will it be traded like commodities without anyone staying at all??

If you ask me, I would like to stay in cyberjaya when all of the developments are completed. But unfortunately, I plan to stay somewhere else because my parents stay nearby that place.

PS: Humans life is too short. By the time you reach 30 years old, you are almost considered have lived 50% of your life already. So better spend time with family as much as you can as frequent as you can.

I missed the first phase due to work coz it was launched on Friday. I told my friend about it and her parents managed to bought one unit in block A on friday itself. I was so frustrated and Block B eventually sold out too. Then i told myself that i will never miss out block C. lol
