What i concern is if the contruction takes > 42 months, whether the DIBS will be still on?

the block A to Block D need to be completed within 42 months. as all are sharing the same common facilities, swimming pool, gym, car park. The reason why developer launching late is becoz they need to clear all unsold units of the previous launch, and propbably wait till the public can absorb the prce.

theoritically, they can only send out the progressive billing when the SNP is signed, stamped and sent to the purchaser.
The progressive release request shd be in par, because Block A,B,C,D will be VP together. As all blocks are sharing common facilities, Car Park Swimming pool and etc. These facilities needed to be completed 1st b4 the handover.

you are not an official purchaser until the S&P is signed and fully stamped. So no progrssive drawdown shd be claimed on u, prior to the execution of the S&P. LnG has 11 solicitors handling the SNP and loan agreement, dont know why soin efficient.

The statistic make sense.
147 units unsold, maybe those who booked but not signing S&P is not included in the SOLD list.

1)Most ppl worried abt the current access road, was told that the access road from the bridge of nkve to the side will be widening from 2 lanes to 4 lanes. This is the condition imposed by Mppj b4 they handover the phase 1.
2) the construction land is made of granite so it is quite solid.
3) the hot spring pool inside the jungle is natural. I posted the hot spring picture like 6 months ago, it was the place where the orang asli residing for hundreds of years, they hv been compensated and moved to other places.
4) the jungle facilities will be built phase by phase.
5) phase 2 land is smaller, there will be only 2 blocks, most probably they will build duplex for entire 2 blocks like Armanie in DP. The living room will be the double volume overlooking the natural forest. Shd be quite cozy. Size and price not sure.

The above were what I found from the visit. There is one drop out unit at Block A 25th floor which I think quite value for money, interested can contact the Sales.

Of course DF is located inside Sri Dsara. You can access to Sri Dsara via LDP or jln sungai buluh.
