The pro and cons of this project are:

Pros

1) Strategically located in damansara address with forest theme, first of its kind in Damansara. The residents will have the exclusive access to the forest facilities until it is officially handovered to MPPJ in year 2022

mean 2022 only open to public? some say like that some say it open to public once VP...

in chinese version : "每单位配有两个泊车位，及无数的访客泊车单位，以方便访客到访。" - each unit come with 2 parking and alot visitor parking... "alot?" dekat mana? maybe one of the floor as visitor parking?

there are many Green concept condo .. but not sure about Forest aside concept condo...

like FRIM, most ppl also park the car outside and walk in...
but FIRM have few entrance.. so parking not a big issue yet

i think maybe too early we discuss bout the forest ..cause not sure the forest will become a park or the facilities on the forest also develop follow the condo phase..?

foresta phase1 for large area concept (1400-1600+)

future phase sure will go for diff concept as mention LOFT or duplex..

recent market trend hot with those 2 bed room.. maybe 3 bed room type price too high?

but for LOFT only suit those young couple or single ppl..
family with kids still choose at least 3 rooms better right?

even the damansara avenue most also with only 2 bed room type.. even the size is 1400 too

which block u looking? i think still have many unit for block C and few drop out unit for A,B,D

metal and glass baru ada class ma...right?

but thanks for the info.. low risk still have risk.. but no 100% perfect property..

about the balcony glass... now many condo start using this design.. nice and class.. saw 2 near setapak/gombak.. resdient 222 and setapak green.. same design too...
