just went to sale galery

latest update :

1. Block A left less than 10 unit
2. Block B less than 5 unit
3. Block C & D left 30-40 unit each

4. Phase 2 wil lbe launch 2014 - two tower
- one high ( 30+ ) one mid ( 20+ floor )
- duplex with 2000+sf
- location just like the master plan- those block A will be block a bit

5. Price just increase again since 1jun ( RM20-60k depend unit )
exp : Block A -27 - 1610 - Selling at RM1.076M before rebate

6. Price list for Block C been removed and replace by the award poster

7. the minor landslide still there with some plastic cover

Not bad... Finally we have MRT at kepog, selayang, sri damansara area... Eventhough still need 7-8yrs

In the post they said mostly station at SD will located at Damansara Avenue
If really happen , we as DF resident still need to drive there to park .. Or bicycle ?

most important the security and road/traffic will be in good quality
then we will be happy~

the sale agent told me last week that for Block A and B higher floor can even see KLCC... really?
