For Auto, that's the average for me, too, most of the time. Considering all other factors, it's acceptable.

Feel very sure MOST, if not all, wld hv done some research/ made some enquiries b4 "investing" in a RM40+k venture which may drag till a max of 9 years... Or am I wrong?

And if this F* thing is so important to them, wldn't they hv asked abt it...fr reliable sources?

Moreover, 2b honest, all those user-"claimed" F* values are juz that..."claimed" figures. Agreed?
For correct F* values, numerous control factors need 2b in place, etc, etc, etc.
