My raw material is in separate room, only manager & me can access the room. Each worker will take 1 container consisting of 100g each. Depending on skill level. Some worker take up to 2 container. Workers are not allowed to go in the room to take raw nest ya. Each container taken will be recorded in their paybook for end month wages.

Hi guys, wanna ask for your opinions. I'm looking for a part time job now to earn extra income aside from my full time. One of my friends has recommended selling bird's nest (the processed and bottled type but without added sweetening). She offered to sell me RM 28 per bottle and mark up from there. Any sifu here can share their experience and thoughts if this is a workable side business?

What is the market price for a similar type of products?

My dad is maintaining the bh but face owl issue. Anyone who have the issue and already have experience dealing with it?
What are the most effective ways? We already install light, auto gate etc and also use rope to make vertical dropdown at entrance for swiftlet to enter only
