yest nite found out a way to kill the Giants without any damage taken eventhough low level....was riding along the kaki bukit in front of whiterun, lure the giants to the Whiterun tower....since their size is so big, just stand in the tower and slowly plant your arrows into his body... and u get to upgrade ur Archery level as bonus....haha
of course i am doing this during my low level.....cant compare to you guys that can go one to one with the giant + mammoths.....

I remembered reading somewhere that, giants don't cross water so you can actually just lure him to riverside and shoot him from the others side of river.

I have to be honest... I don't know how to handle companions. How to level them, how to gear them ect ect. Most of the time I adventure alone @_@

Haha there is actually nothing much to figure out.

When a NPC can become ur follower, there will be a dialogue option "Follow me". Choose that then he/she will follow you wherever you go (The follower will fast travel together with you too!)

As to gear them up, just tell followers you wanna trade things with them, then give them whatever you want. He/she will wear it if the armor/weapon is better than his/her default one.

And lastly, followers don't level up in stats with you.

is it worth buying a horse ? i got an offer of 1000 gold.

if you do the dark brotherhood quest, u can get a horse for free. and more powerful than normal horse

I think 1000 gold is the standard price for a horse. Early in horse not really necessary, later levels horses are useful to get to mountainous places.

Just do the Dark Brotherhood quests and you'll get the best horse in the game, Shadowmere for free.

lol, once again there is no "level requirement" in this game for any quest/skills.
In order to activate Dark Brotherhood quest, u need to find ur way to know bout a child named Aventus Aretino. I will leave the rest to u lol.

any of you have issues with Steam after getting the original CD?

i'm trying to install it now and it seems to be a headache.. oh gosh :S

why did they ever got involve with Steam till this level.. even the whole CD has the word "steam" in it! And u require an active internet connection to play? srsly?

updating Steam now.. at 33%... *facepalm*

ahh yess the steam! it took me 2 days to update the skyrim patch at 3.2kb/s. patience bro, soon you'll be the Dragonborn

i'm adi dragonborn in pirated skyrim at lvl 35.. just tht didn't expect this treatment for supporting an original... this is by far the worst experience for getting an original game... -.-

gonna separate both out at different directories in case the original one fails me (long updates etc)... thank god the saved files are found in My Documents -> Skyrim.. so i can still play the pirated version while having the original one updated...

so now you get ur ori version, are you going to continue using the saved data from jack sparrow or start fresh? i suggest start fresh to get the most out of it

if wanna get the achievement, better start fresh.
