I have started to learn penhold reverse backhand. This technique uses 2 sides of rubber on a penhold blade. Slowly and I am now able to do continuous drill of between 5-10 strokes. Now, I am learning to do the reverse backhand side and top spin.

Defense using the penhold reverse backhand is much quicker than the traditional push.

Because I was so used to the traditional way of push on a penhold, changing from forehand to reverse backhand quickly after a top-spin still need to adapt.

I am using Dawei 2008 and 729-5. I love Dawei 2008 and I am planning to change the 729-5 to 729 RITC 2000 or 729 Fenghun III. I have been using 729 since school days. Can't help but going back to 729..... tongue.gif

I am getting a YinHe blade soon.

Hi everyone,
I used to play at Starellite puchong. Later I was put off by the crazy traffic congestion during evenig hours and stopped.
There is another place opposite Puchong Utama Aeon Big. Got 12 tables. Anyone interested to go there play?

If cheap, go for LKY Pro XT. There is a Pro XP, muh tackier but slower. I feel that Pro XT is better. Actually your cheap means below how much? For RPB, go for rubber with softer sponger, easier to train up and also better control.

Thank you.

Hi, there are quite a number of seller and pro player here. And they have physical shop to show you the variety of rubbers. You can visit them personally to see how soft or hard the rubber is and it might greatly affect you.

Since I'm selling online and hard to show you the rubber, it is always good to visit the store personally and purchase from them. Furthermore they will advise you based on the experience and you won't go wrong with that.

Thank you.

Which area do you prefer to play? I am looking for more casual play at the same time.

finally i got myself a new sheet of red phantom 008 rubber, and similar vega pro for the black,
dunno why i like this rubber (tacky and smooth pimple top) over rough pimple top like phantom 0012 or dtecs.
it is easier to control, but the downside is my opponent can easily predict the shots too.

i am using pimples on my carbon blade. not a good combination, but yeah, why not..

also, i want to ask,
is it me or does black rubber usually is faster than red sheet?

cos before this i use red vega pro, after using black vega pro, it does feels faster,
and all my opponents agree with me.
