You guys have forgotten 1 important rule. When the buying stops so will the killing but in this case When the buying stops so will the building. Until the day i see ppl stop buying i don't think we are anywhere near bubble. It's up to you to judge from here onwards. Good Luck

Wat you mean is if US mkt recover, foreign fund will withdraw fr Asia mkt and this will cause Asia property mkt to go down?
You make me confuse....
IMO Economy is either Good / bad :-
1) When US/Europe economy is bad / crisis, - So Asia property market will be seriously affected (becoz world consumption drop / no foreign fund)
2) When US/Europe economy is good / recovering - So Asia property market will be seriously affected (becoz fund pulling out)

If one is pessimistic charaster, he will always find an answer to his action (wait). smile.gif

I must say Politician is one the the biggest group of property speculators, they will only take care of theirs' own buttocks, there are many good policies that can be implemented to curb speculation like mentioned the above, but in reality izit possible to ask speculator to impose policy to stop speculation? I can't imagine if they dun buy 2-3 yrs ago and they hv no problem buying now, avrg price has increased 50% in KV, do you think this is not a problem for them?
When people want to buy a house for own stay, it is wise not to comment to much, you won't know wat will happen.
